Why does my candle look slightly different to the one in the photograph?

Every Birchleigh candle is individually hand decorated and only made to order. As a result some variances in appearance to those candles shown may occur.

What is your average delivery time within Australia and New Zealand?

Please allow 3 weeks for delivery.

I recieved the wrong sized candle. What do I do?

If you recieve the wrong size candle just send it back to us and we will happily replace it free of charge.

I like your design but can get it in a different colour?

Absolutely. Please call us to discuss any ideas you may have for another colour or a completely custom design.

Does bees wax burn at a different rate than white wax?

Yes. Bees wax burns marginally slower.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes all prices include GST.

Can I place my order other than online?
